AmatteroffaxReviews of amatteroffax.com

I dealt with Ari at AMatterOfFax.com. I purchased a rifle scope for $61, and had an email come back after my card was charged telling me that the price was in error and they were canceling it. I called customer service, and spoke to Ari, who told me condescendingly that they could not honor the sale. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would never ever shop here again. Awful customer service, poorly designed website, and run by liars. Never again.

Ordered HP product from website...picture of product was HP. What came in the mail was a "compatible" product. I checked the description very carefully and "compatible product" is not mentioned nor is a picture shown...only HP product pictures are shown.

I was extremely happy with my purchase with a Matter of Fax. Customer service was really helpfull and I recieved a great item quickly. I would deffinately recommend this to a friend!

I was emphatically pleased with both the customer service I received as well as the efficacy of the product that I procured upon its arrival at my firm. I would absolutely recommend this website to any individual who had the need to procure any technological product that this company offered. Thank you once again for a very favorable experience.

Their Website says in Stock, but then they cancelled order and never tell you its cancelled. Then when never shows up and contact them, they never call back.

I use to shop at amatteroffax. they have low prices but never return your phone calls. If you need something cheap I would suggest them. But if you need help...good luck...your on your own.

I ordered a multifunction brother machine, I called with questions including to make sure it was a new one. I was told it was new and so I placed my order. I received an e-mail next day asking if I ordered 2 machines, I responded that I only wanted one. I called to see if they received it they said they did and that the order was being processed and that I would receive a tracking # that day. For two days after this call I kept calling and the person who answered would say he had to transfer me wher I would get a voicemail and no call back. three days later my office called for tracking and they said they hadn't processed our order yet as it was recently placed. Well hardly two hours later the same machine was delivered to the office, with no return address. Worst of all it WAS USED> Three calls after that I got upset and I was reassured that a link was sent to my e-mail how to return it, the link never arrived!!! I called again and was told they sent it again no link and they acted surprised that I wanted a new machine as they don't carry them. Now I have a used machine at the same price of the new one, my CC was charged 491 dollars, no information on how o return it and worst of all they didn't even think my ordered was processed yet!!!!! I have my own business and this is the worst experience I have ever had, dishonest company with poorest service if u can even consider that a service at all.

Ordered an Epson Printer 1/3/2011. Credit card was charged 1/3/2011. Received e-mail 1/3/2011 saying printer not available and order is cancelled. Called and e-mailed 1/7/2011 asking for refund. Their web site says I have no refund pending but it remains on my bill. Poor business practice to bill before shipment then hold money for a number of days before refunding.
