AmatteroffaxReviews of amatteroffax.com

Great service, I ordered what I needed and it came promptly!

We purchased 2 Fujitsu scanners. This model is being retired and Amatteroffax still offered the item. We typically purchase from CDW, and the price here was just as good. The items arrived quickly. I needed a copy of my receipt so I called customer service. A real person answered almost immediately and I had the receipt in my inbox in about 15 minutes. Thanks!

IT WAS A PLEASURE DEALING WITH JOE {MOSHE} EVERYTHING WAS AS EXPECTED

I've purchased from this company several times and I am very satisfied. Customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Purchase good & product good. I was disappointed that instead of just emailing me to ask to fill in a review, A Matter of Fax called first to ask if I was happy before I was offered the option of being emailed a review request. This makes me think that if my experience wasn't good I wouldn't have any option to review and these reviews are very biased.

The webpage is very good. Fantastic customer service. The sales person I spoke with knew his stuff, and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I'm totally happy with the copier I got. I'd shop there again in a heartbeat

This is my second purchase with A Matter of Fax. It was a great experience! Will recommend them and return for future purchases
