I ordered an ink cartridge but shipping charges that were not readily apparent were more expensive than the ink itself. Thankfully they responded immediately and issued a credit when I complained. Then they shipped the regular size instead of the large capacity I ordered, but immediately shipped the right one when I notified them, and told me to keep the other one for the bother. With customer service like that, I'll keep shopping here and recommend them to friends.

My lamp went out on my TV, and I called and ordered a new part Saturday, May 31st. I also paid extra for 3-5 day shipping, as this is the main TV in my house. I received 2 emails Monday. The first said my order was processed, the second said they had questions regarding my order. Today is June 9th, 10 days later. I have made 7 phone calls, and 3 emails, ALL with no response. I cannot get anyone there to answer a phone. I HAVE tried every option, and I still do not have my part. Do not use this company!!!!

I order a replacement projection lamp for my TV. The purchase process was easy and the notification for processing and shipping were good. My part arrived as I expected and was in good working order. I would do business with them again.

good prices. the best service around. i would recommend

I am very happy with the scanner that I ordered. Service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Found my HP toner cheaper than anyone else. Cool durable packing Fast delivery Follow up too!!!!

While I was gratified their customer service advised me I had ordered one genuine HP product and one remanufactured product, and I was happy to be able to switch to both items being genuine HP before the order was paid for/shipped---the prices I ended up with were MUCH higher than another company I've been using. The only reason I switched to AMOF was that I thought I was going to get a better price. Oh well....can't win them all, I suppose!

I have purchased from them on multiple occasions over the years, always reliable with very competitive pricing and stellar service. When they had a question about my latest online order, they called me up to clarify it - how nice - and saved me from myself!
