my kiddo was in trouble he had adhd and autism and after a few days of the kids pack he was calm and able to focus more on school. He was in 2nd grade when he started. You know the Kids Mood + actually helped my daughter in the middle of a emotional panic attack within minutes she was calm and was able to sleep.
