The website claims that items are made in South Carolina, when in reality, they are cheaply and badly made in China. I ordered a sweater in a small. When it finally arrived, it was huge and boxy, not at all as pictured or described. When I contacted customer service to exchange or return the sweater, I was told that they don’t have anything smaller and they only accept returns if they are defective. They offered me a $6 credit. When I emailed again, saying that $6 wasn’t enough and asking again to return the sweater, they admitted that the return would go to Dubai, not South Carolina and that I would have to pay for the shipping, and that it would be “very expensive”. Customer service is horrible, they take days to respond to anything and don’t give straight answers. So now I am stuck with a sweater that is too big to wear and I’m out over $50.

The items I ordered appear to be shipped from China. None of them look as they were pictured nor feel as they were described. I have sent several emails over the past 2 weeks requesting information on how to do returns and no one has responded. I searched for a phone number and can't find any contact information other than the email address. Don't order from this company.

All these products were made in China. That is not what you advertised. The material is so thin that six dresses fit into a thin envelop shipped from China to New York, then to me. The plastic bag each dress was packaged in says Made in China. Alxoy website states "Our company is based in the USA, so our products are all made and shipped from South Carolina."

It took awhile for the items to arrive and when they did, they did not fit well at all. Very big and boxy and cheaply made. I sent an email to the only communication source that was available and they offered $18 for compensation in my $118 order. Stay clear of this company!!

Terrible experience. My items took five weeks to arrive, were clearly made/shipped from China (despite the advertising saying they were made in SC), are poor quality and crazy small for the size ordered. I tried to return and was offered $25 for the $95 I spent. Total scam.

They would not take a return back, even though the sweaters which were supposed to be X-large, looked like they could fit a doll. The company is supposed to be “American made” but they told me I’d have to ship it back to Dubai to return, and would not refund the whole order. This website is a scam and I would never recommend buying from it. Poor quality clothing and even worse customer service.

The site advertised their clothing as made in South Carolina, USA. I ordered two sweaters and when I received them, the packaging was clearly marked as made in China. I reached out to customer service and was offered $18 and to keep the sweaters. I spent ~$100 on the two sweaters and asked to return them for a full refund given that they were falsely advertised. I'm still awaiting a response. I should have read reviews before ordering. This appears to be an issue across the board. What a disappointment.

Website states that returns are for damaged items only. But when I tried to return something that has a tear in it, they offered me $8US and I keep it. What? I paid $45.99 for it. So I say that is not acceptable and they wrote back they could do $15 and I keep it because they are in Dubai and I would not want to pay that postage. Nowhere in their website so they mention Dubai. Total scam and I wouldn’t order from this company unless you like giving away money.
