AlxoyReviews of alxoy.com

The site said that everything shipped from South Carolina - it did not. It took over a month for the shipment to arrive from China. I will say that once I got the clothing though - the quality was fantastic and the sizes were accurate. I am overall happy with the purchase, but I do feel mislead. Alxoy's website and Facebook ads should not say that the products are made in or shipped from SC if they are not. I didn't find out the shipping time until I was nearly done with my purchase, and then it quoted 25 days. I ordered on 9/3/22 and I received my shipment on 10/10/22.

I took a chance and decided to shop at this website after seeing an ad on Facebook. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the clothes and will actually be ordering more. As far as shipping, it took 15 days for the order to ship and another 8 days to receive the package. You can't really track your order during shipping, so I wasn't quite sure when it would be delivered. Overall, it was a good experience, just expect it will take some time to get your order.

Order arrived later than I'd have expected. I ended up having to shop locally for a substitute for 1 of the 3 items I ordered. A second item was MUCH smaller than a typical US size XL, so will be returning it, too.

The communication is not great. At first I did not get any information about shipment of my order. When I reached out, I did get a quick response. I really like the clothes.

I loved the clothes on the website. I received my order within two weeks and am pleased with what I received, although it's a little different fabric than I was anticipating. My only complaint about this process is that the email confirmation for the receipt of payment is from an entity that I'd never heard of before. I assumed that I'd just been scammed. I'm happy to say I wasn't and I've placed another order.

Very nice sweaters, fast delivery… not as soft as most of my cashmere but nice! Thank you

Recieved my order. I would say 2 of the 3 items were close to what I expected in terms of look. Quality was great on 2 of the 3 as well.

Wonderful sweater. Just thought the sizing would be a bit more oversized. The quality is great.
