Not sure where to even begin. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete scam. I ordered a couple of sweaters TWO months ago. After multiple attempted correspondences with their "Customer Service Dept. ", I finally hear back from them. They tell me to be patient, the order has been shipped and gave me a USPS shipping number. Two weeks go by, and nothing is showing/being tracked. I reach back out to them, and again, they tell me to be patient, that it takes a while for USPS to begin tracking...huh...and all of this is supposed to be from South Carolina? Finally, it starts tracking and I receive the products. 1) I was sent something I didn't even order. 2) The quality is actually laughable...not even close to what was advertised. 3) That package states MADE IN CHINA! I reach out for a refund..... they tell me they will give me $14 of my $98 and I can keep the "sweaters." Stay away from this company!!! Bad, bad news!!! UPDATE: Just received this today : Dear customer: "Do you accept the compensation of US $28? Or you can return it to our Dubai address, and the freight will be borne by you" LOL.... they are now offering me $28 of my $98 or I can ship it back to Dubai.... Last time I checked, there is not a Dubai, South Carolina...

I ordered 6 items from them and was not at all satisfied. The sizing chart is off and all of my items were to small. After going back and forth via email they finally provided a return address. It was a ridiculously long process and they do not want to take the items back. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND YOUR MONEY! Buyer Beware: This company is not in the US as they claim to be. The items are shipped from Dubai so their website claims are totally fraudulent!

I ordered 4 tops and they were NOT at all what was pictured on their website. Had to send email to get return/exchange authorization and return address as nothing was included with my order — no receipt or return instructions. Also this company IS NOT in the USA — everything came from overseas.

Do not buy from here. You can not return if you are not happy with your purchase. I tried to exchange for something else and they refused. They offered me $5!!!!! Really? An insult Do not buy from here!

The sweater I ordered did not match the picture: color, material, fit were all quite different. Also, there were pulls in it. They do NOT have an easy return system and now I am stuck with an overpriced sweater I don't want.

This company has false claims. They claim all their products are made in South Carolina. They claim a 30 day money back guarantee. I ordered clothing and it was nice quality but didn't fit right. I contacted them and they offered $5 back ($58 purchase including shipping). The clothing said it was made in china. I don't have a problem with this, but I do have a problem with the fact that they say all their clothing is made in SC when it's not. They are not set up to handle returns despite this apparent "money back guarantee". Stay away unless you are 100% the clothing will work for you and expect that it's NOT made in the USA.

Horrible. Shipment came from China, not US based. Took over a month to arrive and horrible quality. Inaccurate description and a sweater that didn’t match the picture at all. Avoid at all costs.

This is the reason i do not order online. They are the worst company ever. My sweaters did not fit and I spent $93 dollars and they will not give me an address to send back the items for a full refund. They offered me $28 refund and they take forever to respond back to your email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NO US BASED EITHER...
