This site is a scam!! The items and descriptions DO NOT match!!!

This company is a sham. The items are made in Dubai, not Sourth Carolina. And they lied about their return policy!! My order arrived weeks later than anticipated and the tracking was very vague--when I reached out to customer service they told me because it had just been shipped but to keep waiting. When it finally arrived the package was open and the order was incorrectly filled. They sent me the wrong colors. I asked for a shipping label to return the order and instead they said they were sorry but could refund me $25. the entire purchase was $134.97. It's been back and forth like this, and they said the highest number they can refund is $60! Which goes against their policy-I'm allowed a full refund if I return the items. I'll be contacting BBB on this one--DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Don't buy from this company! have reached out to this company to return two sweaters as the fit is incorrect. No response! I am disputing the charges and hope to have this resolved. Buyer be ware.

Total scam! NOT from S.C. Once the charge goes through, it shows up as a Hong Kong company. They are impossible to get in touch with. The receipt they send you has a place to click on to communicate with them but the send button is disabled. Total Sham! DO NOT BUY. I have disputed the charge with Amex.

This is not a company to be trusted. First of all, they charge a $15 shipping fee on a $49 item. The item takes three weeks to arrive. The item looks very different from the online photograph and is far too large to be the size small I ordered. When I requested that they authorize a return and refund, per the instructions on the website, I received the following reply: "Dear customer: We are really sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s). We can refund you $8 as compensation, you can keep the item(s),is that ok?" When I repeated my request, I received the following message: "How about $15? You can keep the item(s). Can you accept?" When I repeated my request once more, I received the following message: "Dear customer: The best we can offer is $30. Our recieving warehouse is in Dubai. The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself." Be aware: this company is running some kind of underhanded scheme, and you won't receive the item that you thought you ordered.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I bought. This company is NOT based in SC, USA! 1000% overseas. As a buyer for my company I also buy internationally and I still have never had such a slow service. They also provide you a fake tracking number that USPS cannot track, and that your CC company will share as proof of shipment to delay any time of refund.

I give them credit for actually delivering a product that looks like what I ordered. Obviously this came from Asia, the size is way off and the actual product looks like it was made with much cheaper yarn. I am working with them now to get a return authorization, but they keep lowballing amounts they'll give me to keep the sweater - first offer was $11 when the charge on my card was $64. I really just want my refund and get rid of the sweater. Update: their response is that they can only refund up to $25 and that their return warehouse is in Dubai and "the shipping is very expensive. If you insist on returning, you will pay the freight by yourself." Downgraded my rating to one star. They're a scam with no customer service.

Do NOT buy. No matter how good it looks. Returns are a joke. Multiple emails back and forth. Apparently it’s cheaper to send me $20 for ‘my trouble’ than for ME to pay freight to Dubai. I have never dealt with something like this. NO longer will I buy off ads on Facebook or Instagram.
