What a scam! Ordered an "oversized"sweater that did not look at all like the picture when it came. I tried to make and exchange, not even a return, just a different size, and they said I would have to pay shipping for the new sweater. They wanted me to pay money to some email address and then screenshot my payment. THEN, they would supposedly send my new sweater. VERY SHADY!! And definitely NOT a South Carolina company, like they claimed.

Bait and Switch The sweater I ordered is not the one shown in the picture. False representation of the product I received. Definitely not from the USA.

Never buy from this company. The clothing does not look as it’s pictured and if you want to return, they refused to give you a return site and tell you it’s extremely expensive. They will start offering you money to keep the clothes and it is clothing you would never wear because it is made so poorly.

Sham. Received 2 sweaters not at all as pictured. Quality and sizing were awful. Sweaters I received were not same as pictured. Have emailed 3 times to initiate return and no one responds. They claim “easy returns”. It’s not true. I have serious doubts that these were made in the USA as claimed. Packaging and writing clearly looks as if it’s come from overseas.

This company is a fraud. The items are made in India and they tried haggling with my return, initially offering me $15 for $150 purchase. Eventually, they told me I could mail the items back at my expense to Dubai which they informed me would be very expensive.

I would give zero stars if I could. This site is a total scam. They say that they are based in and their product is made in and shipped from the United States but that is a total lie. It took over a month for my order to arrive. The quality of the product is not great. When I went to submit a return for all but one item they tried to convince me to only take a 10th of my return in refund money and keep the product. After going back-and-forth many, many times they admitted that they are in Dubai and I would need to ship my items to Dubai, which would be more than the amount of my return. If I had known that they were located in Dubai I would’ve never ordered in the first place from their website. I am disputing the charge with American Express and warning anybody that I can NOT to do business with this company. Totally disreputable!

This company does not stand behind their product nor are they truthful in how they advertise. They state that 'all products made in South Carolina' as well as 30 day money back guarantee. I ordered two items: the dress was nothing like it appeared in the picture; the $50.00 sweater had two holes in the sleeve. When I reported this to the company they stated that their warehouse was in Dubai so if I wanted to return, I would have to pay for shipping. Outrage!!!!

They do not send the sweaters in the pictures. I ordered two that were beautiful in the pictures and they arrived and were not made out of the same yarn shown in the pictures. These are cheap and not well made. They will not respond to my nicely reaching out. They don’t send a return slip and there is no information on where to send returns on their website. Do not buy from here!!!
