Confusing site. Received one order confirmation and received two additional sweaters. Now there's no way to return them and I'm being billed. Will dispute additional charges with Amex. Wouldn't but from them again.

This company is the worst. Sizes run small even when you go according to their sizing chart. Communication awful. 10 emails and still no sweaters or refund. This is not a SC company. Please don’t be fooled like I was. This company has ruined my purchasing anything from Fb because of false advertising. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

These clothes are from China, run extremely small, and when you try to return they will try to refund a partial amount only, while trying to force you to mail the clothes back to China where it will be so expensive to do, that you won't. A total SCAM. Do not buy from this site. You've been warned!

The company exists, and they do ship their products, but don't expect a return. I paid $60 for a sweater I want to return, and I've had 4 emails from Alxoy so far, pushing back, offering me $8 instead, then $15. Their website states that they manufacture in South Carolina. But if they do, their logistics manager should go back to Kindergarten, because they warehouse in DUBAI. The sweater, by the way, feels like it's made of polyester, but no tag describes the materials. They market these for "mature women." No one over 50 needs an acrylic heat pipe of shirt. They are one half inch above full blown scammers, avoid.

Much like others have mentioned, once items arrived they were nowhere near advertised - at least two sizes smaller than their sizing chart says and what the photos show, and the fabric was completely different. I paid $90 for two sweaters that can't be worn, and their "service" department offered me $18 back. They're now haggling with me to take $45. Completely absurd - I've never seen anything like this! Save your money.

Very unhappy with return service! Spent $98 on three shirts that didn’t fit. They offered me$18.00 refund, then $35 refund then $45. They told me that if I didn’t accept the $45, their return address was Dubhi and it wasn’t worth it!!!! Stuck with three shirts that do not fit and no option to return!!! Never again!! I have copies of all of my messages with them if anyone wants confirmation!!!

First off, my merchandise came in a package clearly labeled "Made in China." Second, it was poorly constructed, had minimal resemblance to the photo on the website, and had odd proportions (the sleeves were much too long and tight). Third, customer service refused to offer me a refund or stand by their claims of "Easy Returns or Exchanges." I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this scam company.

I bought the wrong size item and wanted to exchange. They said no exchanges. So I asked how to return the item which was about $50 and they said they would give me $15 and I can keep the sweater. This sweater of course doesn't fit me. I have never had such bad, odd customer service. And I'm out $50. What kind of retailer doesn't have a return policy?
