I opened account with $25 and made it out with $15. I tried to link an external account and they flipped out like it was the most outrageous thing anybody ever did. They locked me out and when I called they interrogated me like a criminal. It is as a miserable experience. You will lose I promise. Run away!

Today is Saturday, I went shopping only to find out my Debit card had been blocked by Altra. I called every phone number I could find. Finally I got hold of a PERSON, only to be told she could not unblock my debit card. This is the second time this week this happened. WHERE IS THE 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was told I will have to wait until Monday to go to Altra Office. I will be going to Altra Monday and starting process of moving my money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They continue to argue that an Audi S4 is the same thing as an Audi A4. I understand they look similar but i guarantee if they were to sell the car it would be listed as an S4. Seems pretty sketchy.

The award for having the WORST mobile app and Tellers goes to Altra! Old fashion. This isn’t my first review for Altra they have bad reviews removed.

I was trying to pay my bills today and went to transfer money from my savings to my checking and their mobile and online banking was down for hours and couldn't get the automated mobile banking wouldn't accept my pin number. I tried several times to call back and figure something out but got nowhere and finally gave up after more than 2 hours wasting my time on the phone or trying the app/website

Hi Rod! Our planned monthly routine maintenance unfortunately took longer than expected. We know this was an inconvenience and did try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Started going through the mortgage process. Everything was going good until it was time to do the appraisal. We hit a brick wall at that point. Their appraiser couldn't do the appraisal because they said it was zoned commercial. We asked them if we get proof from the county that the home is residental per the 2022 taxes if that would be enough. I was told that she would fight with that. I had high hopes that everything was going to be ok. 6-8 hours later I asked for an update in which I was told that they wouldn't do it because it was zoned commercial. They don't fight for their clients. They just let us die and let it go. Very disappointed in Altra.
