I tried calling to talk to a representative and even though it told me that my call was going to be recorded i wasn't able to get anyone. I'm a new customer so how am I supposed to know anyone's name or extension line? You need to make yourselves more accessible to people if you really want more customers.

I have a savings account. I want to transfer money from the savings account to another bank. They gave me two options. Come down to the bank, get a cashier's check and take it to the other bank. Or pay us $25 to do a wire transfer. To avoid that hassle I can go down to the bank in person, fill out paperwork and wait 3 to 5 business days to create a direct access to the account I want to transfer to. WHAT? The sole reason of having a bank account is to protect your money and access it for use. Not at Altra.

I withdrew $ from a brokerage joint acct. Both I and my wife endorsed the check. But you insisted that because she didnt have an Altra account I couldn't deposit the $ into my account unless she showed up IN PERSON . I'm insulted.

Once again, Altra didn't credit me with the proper dividends. Made sure all my transactions were done before 2 pm and had posted by business which is what they told me the requirements were and still didn't get it. Looks like it's about time to move money.

Online Banking down so often and always at the worse times and makes me reset my password every time

I’m disabled and the fact that I have to come in to the building for some of the transactions needed I hate that you changed the option to have all of the drive through to be atm only. Some time the atm will act up and I can’t walk in as easy as some. I have been a member for years and I’m not sure why you would change to atm only.

Rates and getting the loan was great + all the employees have been friendly, however the UI and digital path to make a mortgage payment, or setup autopayments for mortgage is unbelievably bad. I've never used such a poorly built system before. It's inexcusably difficult to manage, after hours of trying to complete this basic action, I've given up.

The transaction was to change from a 12-month to a 13-month certificate. I made the change in the office on a Friday. I was told I couldn't get any paperwork till Monday and, that, only by email. No email was received Monday or Tuesday. My wife called the main number and was told the only paperwork would be at 3 months because a specific email request wasn't sent in. My wife asked for the local phone number -- she was told all calls were routed through one main number.
