I lost my debit card on Saturday. I called the 1-800 number and cancelled it. The person I talked with was very helpful. I went to the branch office on Monday as instructed and had a new card in 10 minutes. The person at the Madison Street branch in Clarksville, Tn. was very helpful. Any experience with Altra has exceeded expectations. Altra is a great place for all of my banking needs. Thank you !!!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Altra in Winona! All of the staff are very personable, friendly And knowledgeable. We have our banking accounts with Altra. I recently opened another account to store monies for an international trip in September 2022. It was so easy. It’s a great place to do business!

I just opened my account yesterday, so I didn't know what to expect. As soon as I came in the door I was greeted and offered help by a teller. He helped me with some fast money management, paying off a few loans etc. He then referred me to another representative who opened my new accounts and transferred my current credit card to a new card with a better interest rate. I've never had such a helpful experience at a bank before. I definitely recommend Altra.
