To many condition on checking account interest

Thank you for the feedback, Michael. We do have 4 requirements needed to receive the A+ Checking dividend each month. Upon reviewing your account, it looks like you are meeting the 10 debit card transactions and are enrolled in our eStatments, but you are not receiving a direct deposit/ACH or logging into Online Banking monthly with us. If you would like to discuss other options for your checking account, please give us a call! Thank you for choosing Altra!

I like to use the Altra online banking, however, find it extremely time consuming and frustrating looking for past transactions, there is no way to filter and search through checking account transactions. At my previous bank this was available and found it VERY convenient. I feel it would be a major improvement on the Altra banking website. I hope this can be considered. Thank you

Thanks for the feedback, Michelle! We do have this suggestion on our enhancement wish-list when reviewing new online banking providers. In the meantime, the best way to search for transactions is to bring up your eStatements and search on those. Thank you for choosing Altra!

My one comment is that there are times on weekends I may need some assistance....ie. locking myself out of my account. I'd like to see a Saturday that you're open or hsve an automated way to unlock an account without waiting till Monday. Thanks
