My loan officer was easy to deal with for a HELOC loan. She did most of the work on-line and a phone call or two; until the paper signing at the end. The interest rate was fair and other than waiting longer than I would have liked, I was fully satisfied with my loan experience this time. It was not my first loan with Altra and likely will not be my last loan either.

This was the best experience I’ve had at Altra! I’ve never had a bad experience, but this was better than I could have ever asked for. I contacted Jordan Blom to help me with a car loan, and he eagerly volunteered to help me. I asked this process go as quickly as possible, as I was eager to get in a new car. I told him I was unable to come in due to work, and he managed to do everything over email and phone in less than 4 hours. Impressed and beyond satisfied is an understatement. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable, as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a private party. Please acknowledge Jordan’s hard work and great compassion for his job. I know I will always choose Altra as long as I get to work with people like Jordan every day. Thanks so much!

At this bank all the workers are willing to work with anyone. What I mean by this is when I was getting my checking and savings set up the lady was so nice. Whenever I need to take out money or put money into my savings the employees are always always welcoming with seems open arms.

I like the fact that they verify my ID every time. The last credit union I used allowed me to withdraw $7000.00 without any question or ID and I didn't know the person that waited on me (nor did they know me). Needless to say I left that credit union. All employees have been very helpful. Altra FCU is great at watching me credit charges and flag them right away when there is a question (which seems to happen at least twice a year to me).

Dave Korger is by far THE MOST HELPFUL PERSON ON THE PLANET. He has not only provided me with superior customer service but to the countless amount of people I have referred. He has assisted me with refinancing and financing vehicles, mortgage refinancing as well as credit cards and he always does it with a smile. He treats you like you're part of his extended family. He is my go to for all things financial!

They help me protect my funeral money ,so money won't disappear like the last bank did .. 2 lady's at front very helpful and Kaleb the banker big help to me with my problem and made sure my funeral money will be safe now Thank you Altra in La Crosse 🤗
