I am a 44 year old woman who has been recently diagnosed with ADHD and this seminar was so informative for me and gave me so many monets where I felt seen. I feel like I am starting to understand my brain a bit more and this has been a huge piece of that for me.

Excellent speakers

Full of exceptionally exciting and interesting talks, the speakers are well chosen and bring a wealth of experience and deeply personal knowledge. I very much enjoyed taking part in this 5-day online event. My only regret is that I could not join more of the talks, but I appreciated the extra time given to watch the recordings.

The speakers were all top-notch and helped me realize (very gently) that my brain is simply wired differently. It washed away all my guilt and shame. Now I can go forward more easily with the strategies they presented and life will be much easier. Thank you so much.

I loved the variety of experts, the doctors and their research as well as the "Influencer's" who are living it and sharing their journey. The engaging questions asked each speaker. I am so glad I upgraded to VIP to download the content so I can listen again. The App made it very easy to hop back in each day at any time. I heard so many functional techniques to try and perspectives to think about. Appreciated hearing what people w/ ADHD and living with a non-ADHD partner can do to maintain, rebuild, or strengthen the relationship.

There was a lot of great ideas an insights. Some moments that hit me hard for me and for my kids. They are adults now. I can share these ideas with them. Thank you so much for bringing all of these great people together.
