Dear Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and please know how truly sorry we are for the distress this situation has caused you and your mom. You absolutely should not have had to follow up repeatedly for the situation to be resolved. This is not the standard of care we hold ourselves to, and we fell short. We have reached out to you directly via email to explain what happened, confirm how this has been resolved, and ensure the refund was honored as promised. We also want to be clear that we do not continue charging customers after a refund is processed or after a cancellation is completed. Your words about our product mean the world to us, which makes the failure in our customer service all the more painful to read. We are committed to doing much better, and we hope to have the chance to restore your trust. Warm regards, John from the Althea Academy Team

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the sessions valuable, and we’re sorry the pricing experience left you disappointed. The introductory price was available for a limited time, and once the offer ended, our team was unable to extend it. We understand that paying for digital content is a personal decision, especially with so much free information available online. The lifetime-access package includes ongoing access to the sessions and additional resources beyond the free viewing period. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can review your concern and see how we may assist. Warm regards, John from the Althea Academy Team

Dear Judith, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and please know how truly sorry we are for the frustration and stress this has caused you. We take full responsibility for that. After looking into your account, we discovered that one of our earlier emails had been marked as spam, which caused your email address to be flagged and prevented any of our subsequent messages - including your VIP Pass confirmation and access - from reaching you. We should have caught this on our end before the summit began, and we’re sorry that we didn’t. We have processed your refund as requested. However, your VIP Pass access remains and you will retain full lifetime access to all the materials. We have reached out to you directly with the access link, so please let us know if you received it. We truly hope you give the content a chance and we’re sorry the experience leading up to it didn’t reflect the care we aim to show. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there is anything at all we can help with. Warm regards, Tara from the Althea Academy Team
