I was very impressed with the presenter and speakers, I learned so much.

The Thrive With ADHD Summit 2025 was a fantastic experience. The format was excellent in that you could choose each day which speakers you wanted to hear and listen anytime you wanted for a 24 hour period for free. They even extended the deadlines to make sure everyone got to hear all of the speakers they were interested in. There also was an option to pay to keep lifetime access to the seminars and other extra content that you could purchase at a reasonable price if you so desired. Spela was an excellent moderator, leading informed and insightful discussions one on one with each speaker. And the speakers themselves were fantastic. There was a great variety of expertise and subject matter, and many of the speakers were navigating ADHD and AuDHD themselves, so they had firsthand experience and a deep understanding of how ADHD affects our lives. I am so glad I attended this wonderful conference. Thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to learn more about ADHD and especially their own personal experience with it.

I thought the ADHD Summit was fantastic! It was very well put together. The times that it ran online worked very well to listen to all nine speakers for the full five days. Spela was a wonderful host and lovely to listen to throughout the whole experience. The professional’s were top notch with all the different information that they brought to the summit. Every day I came away feeling empowered about what I had heard. Eager to wake up early to re-listen to talks that stood out to me and my family from the day before. Then at 9:00am all set for another day of learning. Thank you so much!

Every time there is a summit, I try to attend because of the education I will receive. It is the largest platform to host experts who are highly knowledgeable in their fields and can impart valuable insights to the general public. I learn from each one of them not only about how to help myself, but also about how to best help my son. I enjoy every session and always look forward to gathering more information.

I got to watch most of the videos. My budget didnt allow for the VIP pass, however I am so grateful to have had the oppotunity to experience the interviews. I am just starting out as an ADHD coach and this week I have pulled from the expert knowledge I gained last week. I think Spela was the big star of this. Her questions were simple, direct and so relevent. Many thanks Spela and team. I am insipred to continue my journey.

This ADHD Summit has been truly transformative for me. Learning directly from the experts has been incredibly rewarding. It has given me unwavering hope for my 11-year-old son, who was recently diagnosed with the combined type of ADHD. Starting him on medication and hearing from other psychiatrists confirmed that I made the right decision for him. Thank you, Spela, for the incredible work and support you provide to parents managing neurodiverse children. I feel privileged to have attended these sessions. They have alleviated my fears about my son's future—replacing overthinking with confidence. I am now certain he will have a bright and successful future ahead.

I was unable to view all the speakers at this summit. However, the speakers I did observe were both engaging and highly knowledgeable. I gained significant insights regarding my late diagnosed ADHD.
