I ordered my first ever fragrance from Alt on May 31 and it is now June 16. Through multiple emails the response was the same. “ It’s on the way; we will track it for you and update you.” Then it was we know how frustrating it can be when your package is lat… this was the theme over at least four exchanges. Their refund policy is non existent after the item leaves their hands. I have no financial recourse; because I used a bank Visa debit( never have before never again) so they already have their money. When I try to track it myself it takes me to an “ unsecure” page. Never again!!!!! I feel ripped off!

I don't often like writing negative reviews but I feel compelled to leave this review so you don't make the same mistake I did. Bottles arrived unscrewed and leaking. The Santal parfum didn't smell anything like they it was meant to. In fact, it smelt so different and bad I can't even wear it going forward. Frustrating to say the least as they don't offer refunds or exchanges outside of the US. Waste of £60. Don't make the same mistake.

Typically don't write reviews but I felt compelled because I'm out $42. I purchased a bottle of perfume from and never received it. When I contacted them they saw in their records the fragrance had been returned, and kindly offered to send a replacement bottle with tracking. Never received tracking. Never received replacement. Contacted them again and got the EXACT same reponse. I don't think there are any humans working there. I would steer people clear of this company.

I placed my order in late May and still haven’t received anything. DHL tracking has been stuck since June 6th. ALT didn’t respond to my messages until I threatened legal action. Meanwhile, they kept sending me marketing emails asking for feedback — even though I hadn’t received my product. When they finally answered, they gave vague promises but no solution. No refund. No replacement. Nothing. This was my first and last time ordering from ALT. Their logistics are unreliable, and their customer service is non-existent. Avoid this brand if you expect actual support or transparency.

was very disappointed in the product . Reason being I myself am a fragrance connoisseur. I have many fragrances of higher quality! This one does not stay or perform to last! The alcohol base is predominant when sprayed. ...i dont like the FRAGRANCE and i asked for change or return , they are not ready give best services to their good customers, they just want to sell their product and want to make money.....dont waste your money guyz

I placed an order and received my items late. I was expecting it so I didn't mind. However two of the bottles were leaking inside the shipping box (only 30% of Scent remain. Upon further inspection, It revealed that the caps on two bottles were lose. It seems that if you don't buy extra insurance, they ships scents with lose caps so next time you are forced to purchase shipping insurance that I believe should have been included for no extra charge. I asked for replacement but instead I was forced to waste more time in email correspondences> I ate my losses and removed this company from the list of companies that I do a business with.

I just received my first order of Alt., contrary to reviews, this is a very strong obnoxious fragrance and for RETURNS, the policy is only “store credit”. I have inquired if there is anything “in store” that is NOT a fragrance. Buyer beware!

The company has been HARASSING and i really mean harassing me with texts messages and emails, almost daily, for 2 years now. I entered my infos for 15% off purchase (i didn’t even buy anything after all) and since then, i’ve been consistently getting harassed by ALT fragrances. I tried contacting the support center numerous times with no response, looked for solutions online and on their website with no results. I’ve thought of changing my phone number lately with the amount of texts i received from them. At ALT company : LEAVE ME ALONE.
