ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

Amazing experience. The customer services of this company(ALT Fragance is one of the best in USA).They always resolve any type of issues! Thank you so much ALT Fragances!

I received a bottle which had leaked out and damaged the box and was obviously very potent. I emailed with pictures of the issue and my order numbers and received a response back within a few hours with a replacement order already made! It was so easy and truly lightening speed. This was a gift so I'm thankful they got it fixed so quickly.

Fast service and follow up emails

Excellent customer service. I had a bottle that leaked during shipping. I submitted an email and picture and it was handled with absolutely NO hassle. Other companies could learn from you. Great job!!

Have ordered from them many times to my delight all fragrances have been great. They did send me the wrong fragrance recently but rectified the situation very quickly by sending me the right fragrance almost as soon as they received my email. Very good customer service and will buy from again!!

I love all the bottles I got, all the scents smell really good and long lasting will definitely be buying again.

Work fast to replace damaged bottle caused by carrier

Alt. Fragrances continues to impress me. There products have earned the right to be called quality dupes. They have some unique offerings and blends within their broad portfolio. And in the times I have needed assistance, they have been great to work with. Hard to come by a company that not only makes great products but also backs it with great support.
