Outstanding customer service! They were able to resolve a missing package issue. Great communication and assistance as well. Looking forward to buying from ALT Fragrance.

I love my perfumes! I've ordered multiple times and they come in quick, smell like the originals, and last a long time. One time I had an issue with a missing item in my shipment and it they responded quickly to my email and got my missing item in the mail within 24 hrs after I contacted them. Highly recommend!
