With a timely response, they are fixing the problem and sending my missing bottles of perfumes.

Had a minor issue due to the process of shipping and they helped me without no hesitation and fixed the problem really fast. They really do care about their customer. I will return just because of their product and how they treated me.

Discovered Alt a few years ago on a whim trying to find a more reasonable solution for my favorite perfume, Gucci Bloom. Expectations were low that the product was actually going to smell similar. Boy was I wrong. Ordered Floret which is exactly the same as Gucci Bloom but way more reasonable. I have since placed several orders and have been pleased beyond expectations. If I had any problems, I just sent an email and it was resolved immediately. Fantastic customer service. I will definitely use again.

Fast shipping and prompt customer service with my questions. I never received a tracking number or confirmation that my order shipped but I did receive my order within a week of placing it. The fragrances smell amazing! All the bottles were packaged in small boxes within a padded envelope and arrived intact. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I have seen ads on social media for a long time now and always blew it off. On a whim I decided to give these guys a try and they did not disappoint. The shipping was quick and from the US, came out of Florida I believe. The fragrance I bought smells so good, I hadn't ever tried it before and immediately got comments at work. Crystal No.23 is what I tried. I also took advantage of the "mystery scent" you can get, I had a question about it amd customer service answered quickly and helped me out with my concern. I purchased their Alt Crystal #23 which I've heard is a dupe for Bacarat Rouge 540 I cant verify that but I can tell you their version smells so freaking good!! I love it so much. I received my bottle and the atomizer on it was broken. It was spraying in a single stream of liquid I reached out to the founder Michael to let him know. First off he responded back to me within minutes second off he had already sent me a brand new bottle no questions asked as soon as he read my email. All I asked for was for him to send a new atomizer for me to replace the broken one with he took it upon himself to just send me a whole new bottle. I was beyond happy with his quick response and action to solve my problem. Amazing company Amazing Scents!!
