I received my order and one of my bottles had leaked out over half the contents of my perfume. I emailed them and less than 12 hours later I had a response and they were shipping me a new bottle. Truly great customer service!

Fragrances smell very good, I would expect them to become even more developed with a month or two of maceration. I had a bottle that had leaked slightly and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes of me sending an email notifying ALT. Would definitely recommend, incredible customer service.

The fragrances are spot on if not better than the originals. Customer service is top tier in resolving issues and response time. We have used this company for over a year consistently and they have kept the same quality of standards in there product and customer service.
