Quick response Email customer service to inform them that my package tracking had not been updated. I receive a quick reply that package would be replace as most likely it was lost in transit. Overall happy with response and service

I had to send an email because I had forgotten to apply a discount code when I pressed order. I sent them an email to ask if they could apply it or if I could cancel the order ( so then I could re-order with the discount), Lucas took care of my inquiry and applied the discount very fast after I sent my original email. The whole process was super easy and fast, which is surprising since we’re nearing the holidays! I’m very excited to try my perfumes :) !!

Had a small shipping issue with some leaking bottle, I emailed customer service and almost got a immediate response, they were great and helped get my replacement bottle out the same night!
