I got my package and one of the bottles was damaged so I immediately sent them an email about it. Within 24hrs I got a response and confirmation that my replacement was on the way. Very fast and very understanding. Customer service is 10/10 and the cologne smells amazing!!

So I decided to order some more on sale and then the shipping company lost it but they were fully supportive and straight to the point and sent me a new order.
