Ordered the 5 for 150, which with the promo, was 120. Package arrived with some damage. One bottle had broke and leaked onto the other 4 and upon further inspection, one of the spray tops was damaged and would not work. Read many mixed reviews so to say I was a little nervous about contacting customer service would be an understatement. Sent an email with the order number and description of damage. They requested photos which I had already taken. Cause let's be honest, how many businesses don't ask for proof. Afterall, it's not Walmart who takes just about anything back. Never the less, they were quick to respond within a day I'd say and I received confirmation that both had been shipped. My experience was great and appreciated the fast resolution. Fingers crossed this arrives without issue. Only critique I'd give, don't place 5 cologne boxes in a bag for shipping. Of course they are going to get tossed around especially without fragile stickers on them. At least use a box with some bubble wrap. I understand that there is always cost associated with that. But it makes for a better customer experience. There are a few others scents I want to try so pretty certain I'll order again. I've purchased from several online competitors so curious to see how they stand up against the rivals. I own bottles of both Baccarat and Creed and can't wait to compare.

I've made several purchases from ALT, 97% of the time with no issues. The few times ive had issues, they have been handled with 100% certainty. I have always been satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.

If you want high-end fragrance results without designer price, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it for daily wear, I get so many compliments and people are constantly asking me what I am wearing? Crystal No 23 is my favorite but love them all. Also, great customer service!

They’re long-lasting, smell high-end, and feel way more expensive than they actually are. White and Stiletto are two of my absolute favorites. They smell incredible and get compliments every time I wear them. Their prices make it really easy to build a collection without breaking the bank, and I love being able to try different scents without the guilt of spending too much. Customer service has also been great. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick to reply and genuinely helpful. All around, this is a brand I trust and recommend to anyone looking for quality fragrances at an affordable price.

I received my order on Saturday, December 27, and noticed that one item was incorrect. I had ordered a larger bottle, but a smaller bottle was sent instead. I emailed customer service to explain the situation and included a photo to show the mistake. They responded quickly, acknowledged the error, and made it right without any hassle. They trusted my explanation and sent me the correct bottle at no extra charge. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters, and Alt Fragrances handled this perfectly.
