Great customer service

I bought the immense fragrance which smells exactly like the louis Vuitton! Also they delivered my package in a timely manner and I received great customer service through the process.

This is my second or third order placed. The other times fantastic order came like it was supposed to this third time that I placed an order. One of the bottles was missing about 75% of the liquid. And I really wasn’t happy with the mystery fragrance that I spent $20 on. Customer service said no problem we’re gonna be replacing the order and sending it. I really value the level of service that your company has exhibited. Thank you.

When I use Alt fragrances, I can smell it throughout the day. I never smell other perfumes like that. The prices are affordable. Shipment was quick.

My package got lost in transit during this Christmas holiday, thankfully it’s been found, and I will be receiving it soon. I am so happy and they really helped me locate it.

I was introduced by my husband in June 2025. He had purchased 3 and loved them. I initially though he was blowing hot air. In October 2025, I purchased Queen and a cherry one. The Queen is absolutely my favorite so far, but I have since purchased 10 more for me. I just bought my husband another one as it is a knockoff of the $400 cologne my son got him for Christmas. I will say, sometimes it is a little hard to determine if you are in a man, woman, or unisex fragrance on the website. Other than that, ALT is a must have in our house.

I ordered two fragrances but only one delivered yet reported as receiving both. I gave 5 stars as customer service responded back to my concern in a timely manner and shipped my missing item also in a timely manner. I was able to gift the item for the day I wanted and didn’t have to wait. The fragrance smells amazing also. I will be ordering again just from this positive experience.
