Look, I have read a lot of the reviews. Great, good, bad, really bad. Some people are just basic whingers! All perfumes smell different on everyone due to the skin dynamics/chemistry. Should you get a full refund because it smells bad on you - NOT in my view unless you are prepared to pay shipping etc. My first order had a leaky lid and it took weeks to arrive due to covid etc. I am in Australia but ALT shipped a new one. Again my 3rd order has been 8 weeks, and seemingly lost but ALT have sent a new package which has taken 3 weeks to get here. Scents are great - as you would expect some dont smell as good on me as friends. Chance you take when you order on line. Keep going ALT, can't please everyone but I love your service (even though it is slow) and scents. Oh BTW my son loves the cologne range and the women seemingly love it too!

Love the scents I received crystal is the bed my coworker kept saying that I am wearing perfume that cost more than his pay to work. Even though I received the bottle with half leak out I still loved it disspointed yes but love it . I bought the bigger bottle. Will buy again

All this time I been trying to use my points and every time I fail I don’t know what I’m doing wrong otherwise the application is easy to use and the service is great Thank you guys

I recently discovered Alt from an Instagram ad. I purchased their “crystal” version on 540, and I really like it. I had an issue with a leaking bottle and customer service got back to me right away and sent a replacement. Last week I got a few more scents to try and so far I am really liking everything. The stallion and the cherry smash are also really good.

I love your scents! They’re usually spot on and smell amazing. They last for hours on clothing. My only complaint is the shipping. It takes forever and the last two times have been bad. Maybe look into eliminating your “shipping partner” that seems to be the problem.

Great scents / but some of the atomizers don't spray properly!

Everything is good but the scents are not lasting all day,your 3 top seller are very good but after that the scent doesn't last long, I have 8 different scents and only your top three scents last the longest.
