Great customer service and stand by quality and product. They replaced a damaged bottle pretty fast thank you ALT

I am a big fan of the quality that ALT provides but most importantly, the customer service! Top notch!

This is a great product. I bought several of these for my friends and Family‘s birthday gifts, receiving back amazing reviews. These smell like the real deal. My original order had a slight issue, but once I brought it to the attention of customer service, they promptly fixed it. I love this company. I will order every fragrance!

My son seems to be happy with his purchase! We did wait a long time for the order to be delivered but I emailed customer service and they responded and resolved the issue quickly. Thanks!
