ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

I love the crystal no. 23 fragrance so I ordered quite a few for myself and my best friend. When the shipment arrived one of the bottles had leaked because the cap wasn't screwed on all the way. I reached out to customer support and they sent me a new bottle, I didn't even have to send back the one that leaked. The response from customer support was super quick and pleasant. With that order I also got a mystery fragrance but it ended up being another crystal bottle. I didn't even care because I love it so much. Whenever I wear crystal at least one person comments on how great I smell or asks what I am wearing. Maybe I will try again & get a mystery fragrance on the next purchase.

Awesome! No complaints!

My first purchase of ALT did not disappoint. Even though I had a small issue with one bottle customer service was quick & happy to remedy the issue. Top notch customer service! Christy J.

The products are unreal. Some are actually better than my legit scents. And the customer service is 5 stars. I never had a bad experience with them. I absolutely recommend ALT.

Customer service was great. I had an incorrect order but customer service resolved it quickly
