They responded QUICKLY, PROFESSIONALLY and ensured the issue was corrected IMMEDIATELY. I purchased Sensual Vanilla and fell in love. I quickly went through my bottle and just repurchased. Such a lovely vanilla scent. 10 out of 10!

Quickly solved issue and sending me a new bottle due to it being nearly empty through shipping.

Their fragrances are always top notch and a lot of them blast longer than the originals I had an issue with one of my bottles leaking out the bottle in the delivery it was replaced immediately after me sending an email I sent a picture although it was not required
