The customer service of this company is good. I didn’t care for the first set of fragrances I received but they made it simple to exchange for others. I got a second set of fragrances and really like the Bleau fragrance, that one is very close to the original in my opinion.

I orderd some frangrances. Though I received a message that my package was delivered, itwas not delivered. I contacted them about this and they let me know the carriers would do that sometimes and just to wait for 2 days. Customer services were friendly and offered to send me the same order again if it was not deliverd in 2 days. I eventually got it in 2 days. The Frangrances were good and lasted about 8+ hours on me. Prices are affordable. My favorite was Tender Fluency Gold. Kinda has some notes from Gentle Fluidity gold but does not feel like a dupe. Same for Fleur Noir (black opium) and Cherry Smash( Lost Cherry). Let is sit on your skin for a couple of minutes so it can settle. The perfumes have good projection!!

There are several things that by experience great with this company. Firstly the website us user friendly and very easy to navigate. Which makes it some much easier to find what I'm looking for. The ordering process was easy and the customer service is top notch. They are prompt with their responses to any questions or concerns. I have no complaints and for sure ALT does not disappoint! Will definitely be placing another order for Bohemian Water soon!

Long lasting fragrances

I’m an Australian buyer and opted to purchase the Bleau fragrance. I have a bottle of Chanel Bleu and honestly the Alt version smells like when you’ve had Bleu on the next day. Not fresh but also noticeably there. Funny enough, I get more compliments having the Alt version on than the real deal. Recently had some issues with my last order but was resolved. The customer service was satisfactory but it could do with some more improvements, like detailed explanations of the process.

Pleasantly surprised with the offerings at ALT Fragrance store in Pompano Beach. The Sales Associate was knowledgeable, professional! I would recommend this store & ALT fragrances!

Placed over 5 order with ALT. Never had any issues with this company. I love their fragrances because it gives me the opportunity to see how I like the fragrance before purchasing the real thing. ALT doesn't last nearly as long but the smell is normally spot on. Great as a layering cologne or testing
