I ordered acqua di Alt. And was sent Mistress (horrible smell) instead. Contacted company with quick response they apologized and said they would send the correct product. A week later I again received the wrong one. This time I was sent Immense. I reached out to the company again and I have yet to get a response back this time. I would not order from them again.

I’ve ordered from them before, & have enjoyed the fragrances a lot. My last order I bought a couple things, not only had to wait 2 weeks to have my order “delivered”. But usps didn’t deliver it to my home. No big deal, not their fault. But when I email them & they tell me to ask my neighbors, & tell me that sometimes they’ll make the package as delivered when it’s not so give them 2 days, is absurd. & I’ve emailed them for an update but no response since 4 days ago. Buying that delivery protection thing was for nothing. So I guess as long as your order actually gets delivered, things will be fine. Disappointing because I really liked this brand.

I need to amend my previous review as the customer service, although initial great, is now appalling. I left positive feedback, freely on my first purchase couple of purchases and, as a loyal customer, I was offered a ‘free’ subsequent bottle of cologne if I tried an alternative fragrance and left a positive review. I decided that given my previous interactions, that this agreement of a full refund for the subsequent order, would be honoured. However, after I had completed all the requirements to meet the full refund, Alt subsequently ignored all of my emails. I then reached out, numerous times to enquire about my refund but all emails were ignored despite their previous rapid communications. This ‘offer’ of a ‘thank you’ purchase is clearly a scam by Alt and I feel very let down by the way they have treated me and as a result of this break in trust, I will never buy from them again. Additionally, and unbeknownst to me at the time, when I made this order there through Amazon I assumed that any issue would be covered by Amazon’s return policy. Imagine my surprise then when I didn’t get a response to all my emails and went to Amazon intending to return the item I was informed that the Alt.Fragrance items CANNOT be returned and you cannot get a refund. Also there is no way of contacting Alt other than through email which they refuse to respond to!!! I am therefore stuck with a cologne I didn’t want or need, accepted only because I thought the cost would be refunded and paid over the odds for! Please don’t make the same mistake as me and avoid this dishonest company! Also don’t trust their reviews as they incentivise customers to left positive reviews and then scam them and refuse to communicate. Avoid, Avoid!!

Do not buy from this company! Their Facebook Posts claim you will be 100% refunded if you are not completely satisfied with your purchases. I did not like the smell of 3 fragrances that I purchased and requested to return them for credit on my credit card. Only then was I told they only offer an in-store credit!!! I had to take at least 4 photos of the product, and it was my responsibility to pay to return them. So, my only option is to keep selecting other fragrances that I don't want, and continuously pay to return them for an in-store credit again and again. That is unacceptable customer service. If this had been disclosed this upfront, I would've never bought anything from the company.

Poor service. Trying to contact them many times regarding the said loss Item I ordered and NO response. Keep ignoring my emails. Base on the tracking my item never left Orlando. I ask to refund my money but NO reply from them after 3 consecutive days email. I’m not sure if Alt Fragrance is a SCAM.

I ordered a product a month ago and I have not seen it or gotten any information until I requested it. I really needed more updates and I need my gift of this perfume. as soon as y’all can handle this please send it on. My credit card has already been charged and I have no product. Its been a month

I placed an order on July 27th and on July 29th they created a label for DHL. After 3 weeks I never received the package that was supposed to arrive on August 4th. Speaking to support (I don't understand all these positive reviews on CS) I was told several times: wait two days and then write to us again. Nothing. Then I was told: the package was sent but the courier did not update the shipment, another time that the package was lost by the courier. Speaking to DHL instead they confirmed that they created the label and never delivered it. After dozens of emails they told me they would resend it and they never did. What can I say, absolutely do not buy from this company and I lost $200. Totally disappointed by customer support too. PS: I asked for information on the Facebook group, they never approved the post.

I bought from them YEARS ago and NEVER subscribed to their marketing emails or messages. However for the past 4+ years they've been spamming me weekly. There is no link or code to unsubscribe, I even sent emails, contacted them on Instagram... no help. I blocked the number over 30 times and it just starts again from a new number everytime. DO NOT support this business, outrageous and unethical marketing. I'm honestly close to filing a complaint.
