This my second time ordering from ALT. I love how good they smell. On my recent order and item was left out. An email was sent and just like that my missing item was already on its way with an apology email. My concern was heard and they had an immediate resolution. I love that

I had an issue that was resolved in a way they went above and beyond to fix it and also provided me with a store credit. If you have any issues (mine I am sure is rare) reach out to their kind and friendly staff, just give them time to respond. They followed through and (again) went above and beyond!

Having an ALT store near me made it easy to choose fragrances. Their return policy is FAR better than KLONW which I tried and will not purchase again. Store personnel were extremely usefull. The fragrance is far superior to KLONE and I will stop using KLONE and instead use ALT exclusively.
