I chose the wrong delivery method, I did pick up instead of delivery. ALT was so quick in responding to me changing the delivery method and giving my address so I could receive my package.

I HAVE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH ALT FRAGRANCES. I HAVE ORDERED NUMEROUS DIFFERENT FRAGRANCES AND LOVE MOST OF THEM. THE BEST PART IS IF I ORDER A FRAGRANCE I DON'T LIKE I CAN RETURN IT FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I HAVE TO SAY IS THE RETURN OPTION ON THE SITE NEVER WORKS IT ALWAYS SAYS NOT ELIGIBLE ON MY ORDERS. I ALWAYS HAVE TO SEND SEVERAL EMAILS BACK AND FORTH BEFORE I RECEIVE THE STORE CREDIT.

Great Alt fragrances at a reasonable price. Had one bottle leak during shipping, and support was very quick to address the issue and offer a solution. Superb customer service.

I came at them with a scent I wasn't as excited about as I should have been so they told me to write down one I wanted to exchange it with and just like that no questions asked I have a new scent im excited about all over again!!!
