Lucas, my customer service representative went above and beyond what I expected after my order arrived with a bottle that had leaked due to a loose spray cap. He sent me a replacement bottle after reading my concern and seeing my documented photo. That is what I consider great customer service! I love the fragrance also. I will definitely purchase again in the future.

I contacted support after receiving my purchase. Through no fault of theirs I asked if there was anyway I could maybe exchange. I was hoping the scent would be like another fragrance I liked. It wasn't, again no fault of theirs. The support rep was very kind, is allowing me to return and pick something else. I was so pleased with the service I've decided to get something for my husband as well. Service after the sell is so important and the support rep nailed it.

All 3 products that I bought was identically to the original product. I have all the original versions and cant really tell the difference. With the Lelabo another 13 I actually like the ALT version better.

It’s a great feeling to learn that they care about customer satisfaction. I’m VERY satisfied with my products! I quickly tested them by applying on my skin and on my clothing (since I sweat a lot in this desert I live in). Beautiful scent lasts for many hours on skin and I still smell it on my clothes the next day!

ALT fragrances came beautifully boxed and the fragrances themselves were amazing.
