I’d like to share my experience with ALT Fragrances. I purchased a 3-pack for $100 and an additional 100ml bottle for $60. Honestly, I don’t recommend this company. The products are overpriced and don’t offer good value for the money. You can buy well-known brands for the same price or even less. The longevity is average, and there’s a slightly oily smell to the fragrances.

I ordered fragrance and had the worst experience imaginable. I was sent a completely different, incorrect fragrance that literally smelled like axe body spray. The packaging was a mess, and the bottle had leaked all over. Everything smelled like the awful fragrance and was somehow sticky. The icing on the cake was that customer service refused to refund me for their mistake, instead placing an order for the fragrance I actually ordered without my consent. Wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them, as they will not correct their own mistakes.

Just got my order. Not a single one of them smells even close to the “inspired by” original. Not only that. One bottle came without a hose attached to the sprayer and it was leaking everywhere in the packaging so it soaked every box I ordered. I don’t think I will be ordering from them ever again. I guess that’s what I get for ordering g the wish version of luxury fragrances.

Terrible Service. Sent back a couple of items to exchange. They received the returns going on 3 weeks now. I've been emailing back and forth for 2 weeks now and can't get them to ship the new fragrances.

Terrible experience with ALT Fragrances. My order arrived leaking and half-empty, and when I contacted customer service with proof, they did absolutely nothing to fix it. No replacement, no refund, not even a decent response. This company clearly doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of their products. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually values its buyers, because ALT Fragrances is a complete disappointment.

The company did not ship my order after two weeks and will not cancel the order even though it isn't shipping. I have never had a problem in the past but I will not be ordering agian due to this. Unfortunate because I do like their products.

I think they are paying people to write these reviews...I can't even smell mine AT ALL. They only scent that is coming through is some cheap back note Absolute crap !!
