ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

The shipping is very fast, and the tracking is great. The response time for issues was fast. I wasn’t expecting my issue to be resolved on a weekend.

I had an issue with my shipping address. I reached out via email, they responded quickly and was extremely helpful. One email and my issue was resolved.

Great customer service

Fragrances smell amazing and the customer service is great.

The fragrances are wonderful! Customer service is excellent too.

Scent is great and customer service resolved a small issue I had quickly and effectively. Would highly recommend.

I have ordered from Alt several times. I’ve never had any issues. On my last order the cap had come unscrewed a little in transit the product had leaked all over everything and about a third of the perfume was in the bottom of the bag. I sent an email with photos to the customer support email provided on the website. They responded almost immediately. Very polite, professional and apologetic. All I asked for was a partial refund or a store credit since I still had a relatively full bottle. They replaced the entire bottle! It shipped same day. Wonderful customer service. Thanks again!
