ALT fragrances are wonderful and long lasting. Since I was so pleased the first time, I ordered 2 more bottles the second time. That order was damaged. Within an hr of reporting it they resolved the problem and are sending me out another bottle. I am very impressed and will continue to use this product.

Received a bottle of perfume that had leaked during shipping. Bottle was intact but the top was loose. After contacting ALT a replacement bottle was sent immediately. The conversation was professional and polite. Best customer service ever !

The entire experience was wonderful! I purchased luxury fragrances without the price tag. I gifted both scents and the receivers were both so excited and loved how the scent personalized to them. I will be repurchasing for gifts in the future and possibly myself!

I’ll admit, I rarely take the time to write a review, good or bad. However, for the sensational customer service that I recently received with ALT. Fragrances, I absolutely, without a doubt had to give them their kudos! I sent an email not expecting to hear anything back, but to my surprise they emailed me back immediately and rectified the mishap. Stellar service and I will for sure continue buying and rocking ALT. Fragrances. Crescendo smells fantastic by the way!
