I Love the fragrances I received but my order was missing the bottle that I paid the most for and wanted the most... Crystal

Just delivery is not ideal. Sometimes perfumes get spilled while they make it through final destination unfortunately. But because the quality of the product is really one of the best i have ever had, i just continue ordering. Plus, they kindly replace the one got spilled asap. Their customer service is excellent.

I have been an ALT customer for several years...I have a sizeable collection of fragrances...I recently ordered a popular fragrance as a replacement...I didn't receive my fragrance in a timely fashion so I contacted customer service...I am now convinced that I am a valued customer and that my business is welcome...I am assured by being sent a replacement as I did not receive my initial shipment...I am grateful

The Parfums smell amazing and just like the originals except for the LV IMAGINATION ALT and the Crystal no.23 inspired by bacarrat Rouge had a stinging or burning sensation on skin after a few mins of applying to skin. Customer service was very helpful and responsive to rectifying the concerns addressed.

These scents are top of the line, I took away 1 star because of the policy that you can't use a store credit if you order multiple items that qualifies you for a 15% discount and free shipping. I always order at least that much so the store credit is almost worthless. I will always order, The Gentleman and Reality are 2 of my faves. I have at least 10 different ones and they are all fantastic.

They have excellent products with unbeatably low prices. Their customer service is second to none. That I really loved.

I loved the many Dupe perfumes at such an affordable prices. I either have the originals or have smelled the real ones and those that i smell are just like the originals. I could not believe how the dupes smell just like the originals and they are oil based which last on me all day and even after i shower the next day. My only concern would be locating your store here in Pompano Beach off Powerline. I had to drive around three times to find it and when i finally arrived i talked with other customers in the store and they too expressed how difficult it was to find. I am truly hoping the powers to be will work on street signs to find your shop. Honestly as a cologne/perfume connoisseur if i had known your store was just minutes from where i live, i would have purchased there in the past. Your prices are awesome and so are the selections. It was nice having the opportunity to talk with other customers in the store and sharing our own experiences as well as getting suggestions on perfumes they liked and then i found that same desire. Your store is that hidden secret and that should not be the case. Store employees are so nice and professional as well as helpful. I have spread the word to others but hope your store does the rest by making others know when driving on Powerline where you are located and not have to ride around multiple times looking and perhaps just giving up and you lose many customers

I purchased sensual vanilla, I am not a vanilla person, but this fragrance is awsome, use it after a shower or bath to enhance the aroma. A Beautiful fragrance, you won't be disappointed.
