It’s just rubbing alcohol, these guys are scammers, and no money back,

I ordered the perfume on their website; the product said it was available and would ship the next day. Two days later, I got the tracking number, but UPS says "Label Created, Package Not Received." I checked with their chatbot on their website, and it says it was shipped and that I received it two days later, which is not correct. I sent three emails to their customer service—the first one was replied quickly, and the person said they would check and get back to me—but after that, I sent two more with no replies. I still don't know what happened to my order; the only thing I know is that they lost a customer on the very first order.

No refund on exchanges for store credit. Why would I want to do store credit? If the perfume I purchased only last 20 minutes. So the next perfume I get will only last 20 minutes plus they only offer you the cost of the perfume so mine was $39. They do not give you your taxes back and you have to provide shipping back also. If this company believes in their product they should have better return policies. But I think for their return policies only to be store. Credit is horrible way to do business and I wish I would’ve read before I bought because that is a red flag for me. So if you’re looking for a dupe, don’t go with ALT.

I had difficulty with ALT Fragrances’ online ordering form and ended up receiving a duplicate fragrance instead of the combination I intended to order. The items I received matched the receipt, but the issue was that the checkout process did not reflect what I meant to select. Customer service was frustrating. The responses were repetitive, unclear, and often seemed like template replies that did not fully address what I had already explained. After SIX emails, I was told I could exchange the unopened item, but only if I paid return shipping myself. While the fragrances may work for some people, this was a disappointing customer service experience, and the exchange process felt unnecessarily difficult.

Do not buy from this horrible company. After months of waiting they sent me replacements scents and guess what no package! So I write to them to see if they can track package or file a claim. No response. I’m now out 114 dollars with only two scents that really aren’t remarkable. Buyer beware

Got the five for $150 deal and with an additional coupon came up to $138. It was an impulse buy and I should have sampled first before wasting my money and also looked at reviews that were not on ALT’s site. I’m also skeptical about the Facebook reviews I saw unless I just got a bad batch of product. I had never smelt the original fragrances before so took a chance but figured odds of me liking the scents would be good as the original fragrances are so popular. First off when I received the package you can tell by the picture that some of the product had leaked out. When I brought the package into the house it smelled like a cheap women’s perfume and I was thinking that maybe they mixed up my order. I was also worried that as soon as my wife came back home, I’d have some explaining to do with the cheap perfume smell in the house. When I opened up the package, some of the atomizers were not tightly sealed thus the leakage. The one fragrance I was most excited about based on the description was the dupe of Louis Vuitton’s Imagination which is Reality. That’s the one that had leaked and had a cheap flower smell. I decided to wear it to work thinking maybe it would smell different on my body but all day I couldn’t wait to get back home and take a shower and get the awful scent off of me hoping my coworkers would not smell anything. Throughout the day the smell made me almost want to sneeze! If my coworkers smelled anything they didn’t say anything! Crystal No. 23, which is a dupe of Baccarat smelt like some sort of spice and not in a particularly pleasant way! I actually liked the smells of Executive which is a dupe of Creed Aventus, Atlantic Breeze, which is a dupe of Louis Vuitton Pacific Chill and Farouche which is a dupe of Sauvage. However, none of the fragrances have any lasting power despite me spraying twice the amount I would usually spray with quality colognes. With quality colognes, I can put a shirt through the laundry, and when it comes out the dryer, I can still faintly smell the cologne on the clothing, which is impressive. With these scents despite spraying double the amount I can barely smell anything on me. I’ve tried all the scents throughout the week and have not gotten any compliments from coworkers or my family who I’m in close proximity to cause there’s nothing to smell! The only one that had any kind of lasting smell to it was that awful Reality that stuck to me like a cheap suit during my workday. I’m very curious to know what the original scents smell like but this was a big waste of money for me, but I should’ve known better before splurging. Like I said, unless I got a bad batch of product I am very skeptical about all the positive reviews not only on ALT’s website but on Facebook as well. When I read reviews on Amazon and on Reddit, the feedback is more along the lines of my experience! I’m going to try and get some use out of them by using them as air fresheners for the toilet when someone drops a deuce! Super disappointed and again, a big waste of money!

The ordering process was very confusing since it was tied with Shop. The app and website kept going back and forth and processed an order. No way to cancel an order. Promo/discount that is advertised WASNT even applied. They will not issue a full money refund so now I have to spend more money to return unwanted items and stuck with credit, forcing me to purchase from a company who cant help customers. Horrible process and obvious they just want your money. Oakcha's customer service is much more helpful and scents are great.

I bought from this company on December 28, 2025: the 100ml for $50 and 3 for $100. Plus a mystery bottle for $19. I received my order on January 8, 2026, and right away, there was a leak; one bottle was leaking and caused the entire package to smell and create an oily mess. The 3 for $100 deal was incorrect, and I didn’t receive the selection I had chosen. Immediately, I emailed the company, and since January 8th, I have sent three emails with no response to assist with my order. It has now been four days with no help. I will give it until Thursday (one week), and if no one from the company responds, I will be forced to deal with my credit card company and will file a complaint with the BBB. I would not recommend this company. None of their perfumes I chose smell like the original, as they claim. Moreover, the scent doesn’t last long—only a few minutes at most. The mystery one I received for $19 smells like cheap perfume, and that also did not last. I do not recommend this company! It’s better to just pay a bit more for the actual brand they claim their products are inspired by.
