I ordered multiple bottles of Crystal Intense. I received all except one 2 OZ bottle. I sent photos of my packing slip along with the bottles received. The rep helping me promptly sent out my missing item.

I received a bottle of cologne that had a damaged top and leaked out contacted customer service and they were great about taking care of this situation they're standings are good and service was great love the smell of their colognes and they have great longevity I will definitely be purchasing again from ATL

This was my first order with ALT. I didn't really know what to expect. I received my packages. Out of the 4 colognes I ordered, one was damaged and competely leaked out all over the box and onto some of my other colognes. I reached out to ALT, sent in pictures of the damage and they took care of the issue immediately. In top of the customer service, the products were awesome. I'm definitely a repeat customer
