ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

Very good customer service. They were propped in getting back with me and correcting the problem.

Great products, fragrances smell top quality and actually last. I’ve been buying for a good while now and customer service is fast friendly and very attentive if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue with package being lost. Keep in mind that was a carrier and shipper issue and ALT went out and sent a completely new order for me. Thanks ALT, I will continue to purchase from you guys

My products were delivered with lids not tightly shut and the fragrances leaked. Alt immediately sent replacement products without any hassle.

Not only are the scents great, but customer service is top notch. I received a bottle that was broken during shipping, immediately emailed them photos, and my replacement was on its way the next day. Will certainly buy more from here.

The product is amazing and the customer service is amazing! They are very proactive!! Thank you!!

Great customer service, listened and took care of the issue

Karimunnisa provided exceptional customer service! She responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and processed a replacement order right away after my package was lost in transit. I truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness and efficiency.

Absolutely love the scent dream chaser , it stays on forever . Their customer service is amazing!!! Definitely recommend buying from Alt
