ALT Fragrances has been my go-to for when I need perfume! I have already ordered several times and tried different scents. I will put it on at 6am and after working all day without reapplying more, I will get compliments much later in the night at like 7pm by random people who walk past me! Not only has the product exceeded my expectations, but their customer service has as well! I did receive the wrong bottle and sent an email, they legit replied within one minute and sent me out the correct order the same day! My current favs right now are Crystal and Splash. If you haven't tried them yet, seriously don't wait any longer!

I just wanted to say that I’m Obsessed with Alt ! I love how the mystery fragrance is always in my wheelhouse of things I love , you just get me and I love that for us ! Thank you so much !! Customer service is excellent, LONG LASTING , very descriptive , easy to choose if you know you scent profiles ! Can’t wait to get more .. Great products and amazing customer service!!!

My bottle leaked during transit to my address, so I reached out to ALT. They went above and beyond and sent me a replacement bottle right away! Unfortunately, USPS isn’t always very gentle with fragile packages, but ALT took care of it without hesitation. Great customer service—thanks, ALT! 🙌

Ordering process was easy with prompt shipping. Received product with one bottle leaking. Reached out to CS to inform them not expecting anything in return. A week later I received a FULL order replacement. Great company, great product, great service!

The scents smell just like the real thing, and customer service was great. One of my bottles arrived broken, and they were very quick to respond to my email and send out a replacement. The only negative is that the scents don’t have the longevity of projection that the name brands do
