I am a first time buyer but I will say this customer service is great. They were prompt, and they resolve my issue quickly.

Fragrance is not bad. I bought Crystal 23. Shipping took almost a month during the holidays, but I got a free bottle out of it, so I'm satisfied with the purchase.

The cologne is wonderful, anything I have purchased has given above and beyond for what’s expected. Awesome job Alt. Keep up the awesome product. Michael

I have been an ALT fan for a while with many purchases and multiple gifts given. People LOVE this budget friendly quality alternative. My recent purchase for holiday gifting was a 5 pack with a mystery fragrance. Shipping was not kind to this set (things happen), so the fragrance from my mailbox was strong and I found two of the 6 items had leaked all over the others inside the bubble mailer. This destroyed the boxes/labels, and everything was a wet fragrant merged mess. I sent photos and customer service was so responsive. They indicated they would send a replacement order. The shipping details show only replacing the specific two that leaked, but no resolution for the others that were leaked on. I can understand why it might seem reasonable to replace only the two that leaked, however, the others no longer look "new" or have boxes, so I wouldn't want to gift them in that condition. The shipping is out of their control - but the resolution is not. These are great products, but I'm very disappointed I cannot gift them for Christmas now.

Shipping time is misleading, however customer service inquiries are handled in a timely manner.

I had a problem with my order, so I sent an email and was almost immediately contacted back. And they were able to fix my problem with my order. The only thing that they could improve on was one of the bottles leak and they wasn’t able to help me on that.

Farouche, Executive, and Crystal 23 are all very good. The atomizer on my Crystal 23 is leaking from a new bottle though, which is my only complaint. The atomizers aren't the greatest. Shipping time was ok. Compared to the real Creed Aventus, Executive is pretty spot on. Farouche is right there with Sauvage. I don't have a real bottle of MFK BR540 to compare to. I would buy these again.

The product is good, however I have had several shipping issues where it has taken months to get my order. I have had to make several emails to find out what is going on with my orders.
