I ordered first week of May and my order was not delivered twice. Apparently, reason was wrong address. But that is impossible because I have everything delivered at this address every single time. We all know by now that reviews can be paid right? Anyone has same experience as me or same concerns?

I collect petfume. I bought Alt due to the hype. Smells great out of atomizer. Once on skin it does not last at all! Disappointed. These dupes don't and aren't worth the money. At ALL!

I ordered 5 fragrances(5 for $150) from ALT Fragrances under Order #ALT2810604 on Apr 5th 2026, including Agar Gold, Reality, Exec Cologne, Crystal Intense, and Executive. I decided to try this brand after seeing so many positive reviews online, which made the disappointment even worse. This has been one of the most disappointing fragrance purchases I’ve made. None of these perfumes last more than 10–15 minutes on skin or clothing. The projection is extremely weak, so much that even people standing close to me could barely notice any scent at all. For a company that heavily advertises “long-lasting” fragrances and premium quality, the actual product performance is nowhere close to what is promised. What makes the experience even worse is the return policy. Instead of offering proper refunds for clearly unsatisfactory products, they only offer exchanges or store credit. That makes no sense when the core issue is the poor quality of the fragrances themselves. Why would a customer want to exchange for more products from the same company after such a bad experience? Spending $150 on 5 fragrances that perform worse than cheap body sprays is unacceptable. The marketing sounds great, but the actual product quality and customer satisfaction policy are extremely disappointing. I would not recommend these fragrances to anyone looking for quality, longevity, or fair customer service.

I wasted $100 on the 3 pack deal. Totally dissatisfied with the product and would not recommend it. Plus I can't return it for monetary reimbursement. What a scam!

The three bottle packag for $99.00 To my surprise, one bottle was simply larger than the other two. I'll never do business with ATL again.

Does not smell close - I have all of the brand originals. Got the three pack - two if the bottles are smaller - not mentioned on the promo offer. And the biggest bottle is 'Farouche' - which smells the worst of all three. If you have any of the original brands - don't buy thos product - you will be seriously disappointed. Doesn't last, have to apply often. Mildly pervasive alcohol smell. Great if you don't really care what you smell like, but you're not fooling anyone who actually knows what the brand names actually smell like. Not surprising for a Facebook/Instagram marketed product. Might survive as a business, but it will become a stigma for cheapness with anyone explaining that they saved money buying this 'instead' because its "the same thing" - it's not. AND... lol, the one sprayer is broken. You get what you pay for. Enjoy my $100 ALT lol! 70% level scam.

My order still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks. When contacting customer service the first time- 5 days after my order ( they replied but after trying to get in touch with them after 12 days the didn’t even bother to reply) . I m very disappointed and definitely will never order from them.

They are a scam. Never got the order. Reordered and never delivered again. Don't deal with them, scammers.
