ALT fragrances has great customer service!! Due to a typo on my end, my order was shipped to the wrong address. I contacted their customer service and they immediately looked into it, then sent me a replacement order immediately to the correct address at no additional cost. Highly recommend this product and company!!

I’ve ordered from them a few times and have had great customer service from them. I’ve encountered minor issues with my orders but customer service was quick to respond to your concerns/issues and fixed it right away. First order, the package got lost and they sent a replacement right away. Second order, received today and one of the colognes’ cap twisted opened and half spilled out; sent them an email and a picture, without any issues, they’re sending a replacement. I ordered a 5 pack bundle plus a mystery fragrance on Sunday and received the package within a week! Everything smelled AMAZING, but they sent a male mystery fragrance instead of unisex like i requested. I emailed them about the mixup and they had processed me a replacement within the hour.
