Upon receiving my order with multiple items I discovered that one of the bottles had a leak and although it was minimal and clearly it was in the shipping process, I contacted the customer service and they immediately responded and replaced the leaking bottle and shipped the replacement bottle within 24 hours. Service this good in today’s market conditions shows that they believe the customer is still the most important person in their business. Great customer service and great product Definitely recommend

ALT last longer than the actual brand name and their customer service is beyond amazing. I have been using you guys for over probably two years now. Everything I’ve gotten from them smells amazing and lasts the entire day plus. I’ve tried others like Klone, and they are horrible. Legit has to be the best fragrance company I’ve ever dealt with. Not to mention that you get points for your purchases you can get things for free. If you get a broken bottle in the mail, they will replace it No questions asked! I mentioned that I had one that came broken a couple years ago and just because I mentioned that these guys sent me a brand new one with my last order. Love them!

Found them on Instagram and finally bit and bought a three pack. When my order arrived one of the bottles had unfortunately busted open. I immediately sent pictures and asked if there was anything that could be done. They immediately put a replacement in the mail. The fragrances I received smell great and I felt like I upgraded for sure. Will buy again and buy three packs for Christmas gifts

Excellent 5 ⭐ customer service and the best fragrance around! Highly recommend! Had issues with a bottle leaking and contacted them and they immediately reached out to send a new one! I'm in love with the dupe for Black Opium which is Alt's Fleur Noire! It smells better than the original and lasts much longer! I spray a little in the morning and it lasts the whole day! Everyone always asks what I'm wearing no matter where I go and I have sent them all to Alt! I've even given my small amounts I have left to my nurses at my Drs office so they could enjoy and be sure to order directly from Alt! I am a buyer for life!!!
