I have ordered from ALT several times already and I am satisfied with my purchase everytime. The fragrances are of great quality and last a long time. There was an issue with one of orders and ALT went above and beyond to make it right. I will continue to purchase from this company.

Bought my first 2 bottles from ALT to try it out. They both smell great. One bottle was broken in the mail. I emailed with a picture of what it looked like when I received it and they put another bottle in the mail same day. Thank you for the prompt action.

I am so pleased with Alt. With the hot heat and humidity the tops of my order came loose and leaked out. I let customer service know about the issues and they sent me two new bottles no charge! They were so kind and helpful. I am so grateful for such wonderful customer service. I will definitely be purchasing from them again and again!

I signed in with an app that had an old address for me. Well, I did not catch it when I ordered. I emailed ALT support and it was fixed with my new address.
