Despite being awesome fragrances, my last order on of my bottles came leaking “hot weather” so I emailed them about my situation & sent the a picture. Not even 24 hours later I got a response saying they are very sorry & that my replacement bottle was on its way no questions asked! A+ customer service & fragrances would highly recommend
